Terms and Conditions

  • Registration Policies

For individuals, participants can register through the registration form available on the website or through other means. The seat is only confirmed upon payment of the course fees and receipt of a registration confirmation message from the Managerial and Financial Training Center.

For candidates nominated by public or private entities, registration must be made through an official letter or message from the organization. Registration is confirmed by us after agreeing on all course details through an official acceptance message from the Center.

Registration is confirmed after payment of the training fees within a maximum of seven days from the date of registration. A copy of the payment receipt must be sent via email or the communication methods provided in the registration form.

The Center provides multiple payment options such as bank transfer to official bank accounts, electronic payment, cash payment at the Center, or via point of sale devices.

The Center has the right to cancel or reject the registration or permanently ban the user from using the website in case of proven violations or false information provided by the user, without prior notice.

The Center reserves the full right to apply discounts on training courses according to its plan during holidays or official occasions, or any other discounts deemed appropriate. Trainees are not entitled to claim a refund of the price difference if payment was made before the discount period.

By agreeing to register, the Center has the right to send messages about courses, seminars, events, and Center news. Users may opt out of this feature at any time by contacting the Center.

    Attendance Policy

Trainees must attend at least 80% of the course duration to be eligible for a certificate of attendance.

The course supervisor verifies the names of attendees against the registration list.

The supervisor is responsible for recording attendance and verifying identities.

Attendance records are reviewed regularly at the beginning and end of the course.

All attendees must adhere to Islamic values, ethical conduct, and national laws in discussions and comments during training.

In case of complaints, trainees should contact the course officer (marketing specialist), course supervisor, or senior management using the support contact details.

Any misconduct by the trainee during the course will be first warned and then necessary action will be taken to protect the time and effort of the trainer and other trainees.

The Center reserves the right to record and document training sessions through photography or video recordings. Trainees are not entitled to request a copy of the recording.

Trainees may notify the Center not to publish photos or videos in which they appear or participate. Otherwise, it is considered as consent to publication.

Trainees are entitled to receive an electronic certificate if the course is online. If a printed certificate is requested for an online course, a fee of SAR 115 is charged (printing is optional).

Trainees are entitled to receive a printed certificate once for free within one year from the course completion date. Any additional request for reprinting will incur a SAR 115 fee.

Trainees bear any additional fees for certificate attestation by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC).

Trainees may not substitute another participant for a course seat unless formally approved by the Center before the course starts.
